By accessing and using RouteOps ("the Service"), provided by INFINITYOPS LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RouteOps is a cloud-based software platform designed for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers. The Service includes route optimization, scheduling, fleet management, and related features to help NEMT businesses operate more efficiently.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is $29 per vehicle per month, with all features included. No hidden fees or long-term contracts required.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of your data
• We implement HIPAA-compliant security measures
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service
• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information
• You are responsible for backing up your data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by INFINITYOPS LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Service level agreements may be available for enterprise customers

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFINITYOPS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
